Want to save the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship registration fee (currently $200)?

If you answered “Yes!” to even one of these questions, then you may want to consider enrolling in the Saskatchewan Youth Apprenticeship (SYA) Program. It is offered through the DLC in partnership with the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC).

The $1,000 scholarship is provided by SATCC upon receipt and consideration of a school nomination. If you are a Sun West DLC student who would like to be considered for the scholarship this year, it is not too late to get going. Students must be able to complete high school and the SYA program by August 31 of the current school year in order to be considered. As nominations are happening soon, graduating students who would like to enroll in the program should register by February 28, 2020.
