Celebrate Canda’s Agriculture Day with the DLC!


We're making butter LIVE with Emily Morabito at the Rayner Dairy Barn. Join our LIVE broadcast on Canada's Agriculture Day - Tuesday, February 23rd at 11:00 a.m.

You'll need 3 things:

  1. 1/4 cup (60 ml) of whipping cream per person - (must be more than 30% fat)
  2. a small well-sealed container (like tupperware, etc) **the bigger your container, the longer it will take to make butter - so smaller is better!
  3. a pinch of salt (optional)
  4. a cracker
